While we aim for accuracy and fairness in all audits, GenuineTrack is not liable for business decisions, reputational consequences, or campaign outcomes resulting from use of our platform, services, or listings. A verified status is a trust indicator, not a guarantee of performance.

All reports, audits, and listings are confidential unless the client has provided explicit written consent for public use. The use of our Verified Badge or GenuineTrack branding in any external promotion must be pre-approved by our team.

1. Services Offered

GenuineTrack offers influencer audits, credibility grading, verification reports, listing services, brand visibility tools, and campaign matchmaking. Our assessments are based on structured human and data-driven analysis. They should not be interpreted as definitive proof of influence or misconduct.

2. Use of Reports

GenuineTrack reports and badges are proprietary and confidential. Clients may not copy, distribute, or modify reports without written approval. Verified Badges may only be used by individuals who have passed our verification process.

3. Liability

GenuineTrack is not responsible for financial loss, loss of opportunity, campaign performance, or any damages resulting from reliance on our insights, verification process, or campaign matchmaking.

3. Refund & Dispute Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, all sales are final.

Refunds are only issued if:

• A technical error prevents service delivery

• A duplicate purchase is made

If you believe a report or result is inaccurate, you may request a manual review within 7 days of receiving your results.

Disputes must be addressed directly and reasonably. If unresolved, all legal matters will proceed via formal mediation before escalation.
